After your 90 day probationary period, you will be eligible for our company paid health insurance, along with access to supplemental dental and vision Insurance. 

You are paid for every minute you're working! We do not take off any travel time, unlike many other companies. We believe in paying our employees from the point they leave, to when they arrive back at home!

Whether you're logging into a job, filling out paperwork, taking pictures on the job or are on-call, we want to make sure you're being compensated for your personal  phone usage. 

All stand-alone technicians will receive a fully equipped company work vehicle!

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
